How do I place an order?

Shopping at Jisco is easy:

-          Browse the website and add the items you like to your shopping cart. When you are ready, click on your shopping cart icon and follow the instructions to complete your order.

-          You will need to provide your main details to complete your order and to allow us to quickly fulfil and process it: delivery and billing address, contact details. We will not use this information for any other purposes except processing and completing your order. For more information you can visit our Privacy Policy.

-          Select the desired shipping method.

-          When you have provided all the necessary data and selected the desired payment method you will be redirected to the payment page. The total amount for your order will be displayed: you can chose one of the offered payment options (generally Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal) and proceed. Your will be charged at the time of the purchase.

-          Review your order details. Be sure you've applied any Gift Cards or promotional codes you want to use on your order. You have the possibility to review our T&C before acceptance and being able to proceed with your order.
When everything is checked you can place your order by clicking on the button “I CONFIRM MY ORDER”:

-          When the payment is successfully processed you receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. Should you have problems receiving the e-mail, we suggest you to check your spam folder.

My country does not appear in the delivery address list. What can I do?

At the moment online shopping is only available to customer within Europe. We do welcome product enquiries from other countries, please contact our Customer Care team and we will investigate and advise the possibility of supply. We are happy to hear from you!

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with:

-          The Order Number

-          The faulty item's name and number

-          A description of the fault

 

We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two years (warranty period) of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I've placed it?

You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour from placing it contacting our customer care centre.
The modification or cancellation will be confirmed to you by our customer care.
When your cancellation is confirmed, it can take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

If it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel or amend your order. You can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return you can consult the Returns section on this website.

I have an incorrect item in my order, what can I do?

Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the incorrect item's name and product number.

We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

I placed an order but I didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail. What can I do?

After you sign up and place an order, you should receive a variety of e-mails from us, which include your order confirmation as well as any responses from our Customer Care team.

If this is happening, your email software may be marking our emails as junk mail. To stop this from happening, please add help@jiscostyle.com to your email address book.

Also make sure you typed in the correct email address when you signed up with us. Just sign in to your account (if you can remember which email address you used) to check this.
